Weekend Workshops

A great way to promote P.E. on a budget.  Single day three hour classes.

Jump rope weekend workshops teach a wide variety of jumprope skills and are a fun extracurricular activity for students.

Performances

Have you ever seen what happens when you get some of the best jump ropers in the country together?  It’s an action packed show with music, video, glow ropes and audience participation that gets everyone jumping. Great for assemblies and rallies.

Birthday Parties and Special Events

Ever since we started USA Jump Stars, again and again we have been asked to perform for children’s parties and other events.  Our jump stars are always a hit and keep the crowd excited and asking for more.  There is always audience participation and fun to be had by all.

Semester Athletic Programs

One hour, one day a week for a semester.

Classes learn basic to intermediate jump rope skills including Single Rope, Chinese Wheel, Two-Person-One-Rope, Traveler, Double Dutch, and Long Rope.
